Where is the studio located, and what are your operating hours?We are located in Orange, California. Operating hours are by appointment only, ensuring personalized attention for every client.

What happens if I’m late?Please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for your session. If you’re late, it may shorten your session time to avoid impacting other appointments. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will not be held, and a new deposit will be required for rescheduling.

Can I bring someone with me?Yes, you're welcome to bring one guest. They’ll need to wait in the lounge area during the shoot and may enter the set only with staff permission. Personal filming or photography is not allowed.

What should I prepare before the shoot?Please check your confirmation email for our prep guide. You’ll also receive a reminder email the day before your shoot with our studio address, entry code, and other important details.

Can I customize my session?Yes! You can add extra outfits, customize backdrops, or additional edits for an extra fee. Let us know your preferences when booking.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations require at least 72 hours’ notice to retain your deposit as a credit for future use. Deposits are non-refundable but can be converted into store credit or used for a future booking if cancellation policies are followed.

Can I record behind-the-scenes videos?Unauthorized filming is not allowed. However, you can inform us in advance, and we usually have staff available to record behind-the-scenes footage for you.

How far in advance should I book my session?We recommend booking your session at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.

If I do my own makeup, can I get a discount?Our packages include makeup, hairstyling, and photography to ensure consistent quality, so pricing remains fixed even if you do your own makeup. But our stylists will ensure the final look fits the lighting and scene, making adjustments if needed.

Can I book makeup only, without a full photoshoot?Yes, makeup services can be booked separately. Just select “Makeup Service” on the booking page. If your package doesn’t include makeup, we highly recommend adding it — it really helps you look your best on camera!

Do you offer plus-size options?Yes, we offer plus-size options for some themes and wardrobe selections. Please contact us in advance so we can confirm availability for your session.

What’s included in your photography packages?Our packages vary but typically include access to styled rooms, professional photography, basic editing, and high-quality retouched photos. Makeup, hairstyling, and wardrobe options are available for select packages. Please check the detailed on our service page.

Can I include people or pets in my photos?Yes, you can! Please let us know in advance. We can adjust the scene to include people for an additional fee of around $100-$200, depending on the complexity. And pets are welcome! A $50 deposit is required. If no damage occurs, the deposit will be deducted from your final balance. If there’s any damage, it will go toward cleaning or repair costs.

Do you provide unedited photos?We do not provide unedited photos. However, unedited previews are available during the photo selection process.

How do I access my photos once they’re ready?You’ll receive an email notification with download instructions and your secure online gallery.

How long will my photos be available for download?Your photos will remain available for 120 days from the time you receive access. Please make sure to download them promptly!

How long does it take to receive my photos?- Enhanced editing: in 48 hours

What’s the difference between enhanced editing and retouching?- Original Images: Unedited, used only for selection purposes. - Enhanced editing: Refine skin, adjust colors and lighting, and naturally shape features like the jawline or double chin, and overall tone adjustment. - Opt for Retouched (additional fees apply): Custom requests like background removal, extensions, special effects, or detailed aesthetic changes. Fees depend on the complexity and time required for the requested edits.
