Service Description
- Baby Photography - (From 1 yr to 3 yrs old) We have a special Baby Room just for your little one! It features a bubble ball dry tub, a cute mini kitchen, a tiny baby living room, and many more adorable themed setups. Plus, there’s a collection of sweet baby props and outfits to choose from, making sure we capture all those precious moments in the cutest way possible!Please log in and check the pricing on the booking calendar. [Classic Session] - 1 theme - 1 outfit of choice - 30 Enhanced photos - 1 hr service time [Elite Session] - 2 themes - 2 outfit of choice - 50 Enhanced photos - 1.5 hr service time All selected photos include enhanced editing: color correction, skin softening, blemish removal, facial shaping (like jawline or double chin), and overall tone adjustment. *Additional photos are $20 each.* -Group Family Portrait (Add-on: $288)- Includes: - 8 photos - 1 backdrop (Black/White/Khaki/Grey) - $25 for each additional person (Package only include Parents and baby) [Our prices are designed to cover multiple services, including studio space rental, backdrop supplies, wardrobe, accessories, photographer, and editors. A 15% to 20% tip would be appreciated but not mandatory.]














Policy
Bloomin Studio Photograph Service Policy 1. Deposit. At the time of signing the contract, the Client shall pay a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to the Photographer for the Services. This deposit will be deducted from the total payment owed by the Client upon completion of the Services. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. All deposit fees are non-refundable. 【All deposit fees are non-refundable.】 72 Hours or More Before Appointment: One free reschedule is allowed. Additional reschedules will incur a $30 reschedule fee per change. If you choose to cancel, your deposit will not be refunded, but it can be converted into store credit (points) for future bookings. 48 to 72 Hours Before Appointment: Rescheduling is allowed with a $50 reschedule fee. Cancellation within this window will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and no points will be issued. Within 48 Hours of Appointment: Rescheduling and cancellation are not permitted. Deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation is initiated by the Photographer, all monies paid by the Client, including the deposit fee, shall be fully refunded. Refunds will be issued within 30 calendar days from the cancellation date. 3. Late Arrivals. If the Client is more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will not be held, and a new deposit will be required for rescheduling. To reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 4. Copyright and Ownership. All photographs taken by the Photographer remain the property of the Photographer and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without the Photographer's written consent. The Client may use the photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes. 5. Model Release. The Photographer retains the right to use the photographs for advertising, marketing, and other promotional purposes. 6. Feedback and Follow-up. After the photoshoot, we will request your feedback. If there are any issues, we encourage you to discuss them with our team on the spot. Should any reshoot or adjustments be necessary, our customer service team will follow up accordingly.
