Service Description
-Treat yourself Photography Service- Our in-studio photography features uniquely designed sets, offering personalized and immersive experiences. You can select from two session options: Classic Session ------$688 - 1 theme (Essential Collection or Signature Collection) - 1 outfit of choice - 9 high-end retouched photos - 18 full-resolution edited photos - 2-3 hours of service time (including makeup and hairstyling) Elite Session------$988 - 2 theme (choose either two theme from Essential collection, or one theme from Essential collection and one from Signature collection) - 2 outfits of choice - 16 high-end retouched photos - 32 full res. edited photos - 4-5 hours of service time (including makeup and hairstyling) Makeup, hairstyling, and props are include for all session. - Additional high-end retouched photos are $20 each. - Outdoor service is a $100 travel fee within 15 miles from Santa Ana, 92705. [ Our prices are designed to cover multiple services, including studio space rental, backdrop supplies, wardrobe, accessories, photographer, and editors. A 15% to 20% tip would be appreciated but not mandatory. ]
Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit. At the time of signing the contract, the Client shall pay a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to the Photographer for the Services. This deposit will be deducted from the total payment owed by the Client upon completion of the Services. 2. Cancellation Policy. All deposit fees are non-refundable. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellation by the Client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice prior to the agreed-upon service date will result in full payment by the Client. If the cancellation is initiated by the Photographer, all monies paid by the Client, including the deposit fee, shall be fully refunded. Refunds will be issued within 30 calendar days from the cancellation date. 3. Late Arrivals. If the Client is more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will not be held, and a new deposit will be required for rescheduling. To reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 4. Copyright and Ownership. All photographs taken by the Photographer remain the property of the Photographer and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without the Photographer's written consent. The Client may use the photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes. 5. Model Release. The Photographer retains the right to use the photographs for advertising, marketing, and other promotional purposes. 6. Feedback and Follow-up. After the photoshoot, we will request your feedback. If there are any issues, we encourage you to discuss them with our team on the spot. Should any reshoot or adjustments be necessary, our customer service team will follow up accordingly.
