Bloomin Studio Photograph Service Policy

hank you for choosing Bloomin Studio.
To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following policies before confirming your booking.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the policies below.

 
1. Deposit & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

The deposit will be applied toward your final session balance.

The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your session unless otherwise specified.

 
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

All deposits are non-refundable.

  • 72+ hours before appointment – One free reschedule allowed. Additional changes incur a $30 fee. If canceled, the deposit will convert to store credit (points).

  • 48–72 hours before appointment – Rescheduling allowed with a $30 fee. Cancellation results in deposit forfeiture.

  • Within 48 hours – No rescheduling or cancellation allowed. Deposit will be forfeited.

If Bloomin Studio cancels your appointment, all payments including the deposit will be refunded within 30 days.

3. Arrival Time & Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.  Late arrive might be shorten your session time.

Early arrivals may not be accommodated as the studio may still be preparing for another session.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the session may be canceled and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

If you would still like to proceed with the appointment despite arriving late, a waiting fee may apply:

- Full photoshoot sessions: $100 per hour
- Other services: $50 per hour

If you expect to be late, please notify our staff immediately so we can determine whether the session can continue.

 
4. Image Selection & Delivery

In-studio photo selection includes 20 minutes of consultation. Additional time may incur a fee.

If selecting via online gallery, images must be chosen within 14 days. After this period, unselected images will be considered forfeited for retouching and may be deleted.

For sessions with same-day selection and editing, once editing begins, selections cannot be changed without an additional retouching fee.

5. Studio Style & Custom Requests

Bloomin Studio sessions are designed to recreate the portfolio style and sample themes presented on our website.

Makeup, styling, lighting, posing, and retouching follow the aesthetic shown in our studio portfolio.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that the service provided is based on a “what you see is what you get” approach.

Any changes, adjustments, or special requests beyond the original concept are considered customization.

Custom requests must be discussed and confirmed in advance.

Requests made on the day of the session may be declined due to time or setup limitations, or incur additional customization fees.

6. Session Time Limit

All photography services include a designated session time, which is listed in the booking details.

Additional shooting time, setup adjustments, or extended service requested during the session may incur additional fees.

7. Optional RAW File Purchase

Our packages do not include unedited RAW files.

If you would like to purchase all original unedited images, please consult our pricing guide or contact our team.

 
8. Copyright & Image Usage

All photographs taken by Bloomin Studio remain the intellectual property of Bloomin Studio.

Clients may use purchased images for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Images may not be altered, reproduced, or distributed for commercial purposes without written permission.

 
9. Model Release & Privacy

Bloomin Studio may use photographs for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.

If you prefer your images to remain private, please inform our team before your session begins or immediately after the photoshoot. We will respect your preference.

 
10. Wardrobe Responsibility

Many portrait sessions include studio wardrobe.

For sessions that do not include wardrobe, clients must bring their own outfits.

Please ensure your clothing is appropriate under studio lighting and not overly sheer or revealing.

Bloomin Studio is not responsible for wardrobe-related issues that may appear during shooting or editing.

 
11. Feedback & Concerns

We value your satisfaction and encourage open communication.

If you have any concerns regarding your session, please notify our team during or immediately after the photoshoot so we can address the issue while your styling and setup remain available.

12. Responsibility to Review Booking Details

Please review all session details, booking information, and policies carefully before confirming your appointment.

Bloomin Studio may not repeat every detail in person.
We are not responsible for misunderstandings caused by skipped information.
