Bloomin Studio Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our studio guidelines.

1. Guests

Each session may bring up to 2 accompanying guests unless otherwise approved.

2. Arrival Time

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Early arrivals may not be accommodated as the studio may still be preparing for another client.

3. Studio Access

For safety and workflow reasons, only the client being photographed may enter the shooting area. The studio is not open for tours or casual visits.

4. Pets

Pets are welcome in selected sessions.

For safety and cleanliness:

1. Pets must be accompanied by an additional person responsible for the pet

2. Pets must remain on a leash or in a carrier at all times

3. Some sets include fabric elements such as blankets, rugs, or sofas that may be easily affected by pets. Sessions involving pets may require a cleaning fee starting from $50. Please confirm pet arrangements with our team in advance.

5. Children

Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while inside the studio.

6.Wardrobe

Please only try on items placed on the rack prepared for you.

Some wardrobe pieces are custom-made or delicate.
Damage to wardrobe items may incur replacement fees ranging from $50 to $500 depending on the item.

Please return tried items to your rack or clothing bin and do not leave clothing on the floor.

Complimentary single-use items such as underarm pads, slippers, and changing hoods are available for your comfort.

7. Food & Drinks

We offer complimentary snacks and refreshments for our guests.

Please help keep the studio clean and avoid food waste.
If furniture, floors, or sets are stained, a cleaning fee starting from $100 may apply.
 

8. Equipment & Sets

Our sets, furniture, and lighting equipment are carefully prepared for each session.

Please handle studio items with care. Damage to studio equipment may incur repair or replacement fees starting from $500.

9. Photography & Recording

Behind-the-scenes photos are welcome for personal memories.

Filming, commercial recording, or content creation is not permitted without prior permission from Bloomin Studio. Please also avoid recording unfinished sets, private studio areas, or other clients.

10. Creative Work Protection

The sets, styling concepts, and visual environments at Bloomin Studio are original creative works developed by our team.

To protect our creative efforts, reproducing, copying, or documenting studio sets for the purpose of replication or commercial photography is not permitted without written permission. We appreciate your respect for the creative work behind the Bloomin Studio experience.

11. Personal Belongings

Please keep your personal items organized during your session.

Bloomin Studio is not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings.

12. Respect for the Studio Environment

Bloomin Studio is a creative workspace shared by multiple clients each day.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a respectful, clean, and welcoming environment for everyone.
