Service Description
- Children Photography - (From 3 -12 yrs old) Our children's photography service is perfect for kids ages 3 and up, offering a fun and imaginative experience. The shoots are often styled similarly to adult sessions but with more playful elements. Please log in and check the pricing on the booking calendar. [Classic Session] - 1 theme - 1 outfit of choice - 20 Enhanced photos - 1-1.5hrs service hours [Elite Session] - 2 themes - 2 outfit of choice - 30 Enhanced photos - 1.5-2 hrs service hours Makeup is not included for children's sessions. *Optional: Add children's makeup and simple hairstyling service for $88 (recommended for formal or styled themes). Children's wardrobe and props available. Additional outfit change +$50. All selected photos include enhanced editing: color correction, skin softening, blemish removal, facial shaping (like jawline or double chin), and overall tone adjustment. *Additional photos are $20 each.* -Group Family Portrait (Add-on: $288)- Includes: - 8 retouch photos - 1 backdrop (Black/White/Khaki/Grey) - $25 for each additional person (Package only include Parents and one Child) [Our prices are designed to cover multiple services, including studio space rental, backdrop supplies, wardrobe, accessories, photographer, and editors. A 15% to 20% tip would be appreciated but not mandatory.]
Policy
Bloomin Studio Photograph Service Policy 1. Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited toward your final payment. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling All deposit fees are non-refundable. 72+ hours before appointment: One free reschedule allowed. Additional changes will incur a $30 fee per change. If canceled, deposit will be converted into store credit (points) for future use. 48–72 hours before appointment: Rescheduling allowed with a $30 fee. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of deposit and no credit will be issued. Within 48 hours: No rescheduling or cancellation allowed. Deposit will be forfeited. If your appointment is canceled by Bloomin Studio, all payments including the deposit will be fully refunded within 30 days. 3. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Early arrivals may not be accommodated, as the studio may be closed or preparing for another session. If you're more than 30 minutes late, your session will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. 4. Image Selection & Delivery Clients must complete photo selection within 14 days of the shoot. After this period, unselected images may be deleted without notice. You may choose one of the following selection methods: -In-Studio Selection (Included) A 20-minute consultation session to help you choose your photos with our team’s guidance. If you'd like more time, an additional consultation fee will apply. -Online Gallery Selection (Included) We will provide a watermarked, low-resolution online gallery for at-home selection. Please note:These two options are mutually exclusive — you can only choose one. For sessions that include on-site selection and retouching: Once editing has begun, image selections cannot be changed. Changing your selection will incur an extra retouching fee. 5. Copyright & Image Rights All photographs remain the intellectual property of Bloomin Studio. You may use your purchased images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not alter, reproduce, or distribute images without written permission. 6. Model Release Bloomin Studio retains the right to use your photographs for marketing and promotional purposes. We will always be respectful and may ask your preference via email or check-in form. 7. Optional RAW File Purchase Our packages do not include unedited RAW files. If you'd like to purchase all original unedited images, please consult our pricing guide or contact us.
