Service Description
We offer on-campus graduation sessions (within 15 miles of our studio) that combine classic portraits, candid moments, and cinematic video highlights. Please log in and check the pricing on the booking calendar. ✨ Graduation Outdoor Session •1.5 hours of on-location shooting •15 Enhanced photos •Online watermarked proof gallery for photo selection. 💄 Makeup Options Makeup is optional for this session. Please choose your preferred makeup option during booking. Appointment time will automatically adjust based on your selection. 📍 Travel Area Locations over 15 miles may be accepted with an additional travel fee starting at $50. Please contact us before booking if your campus is outside 50mi. 🎀 Assistant + Props: $100 Includes an on-site assistant to help with lighting, behind-the-scenes video recording, and prop handling. Comes with fun and helpful accessories such as a bubble machine, reflector, bouquet, and more. 📌 Props Note Props can only be added with an assistant. Our photographer cannot carry or manage extra items alone. Sample images shown were taken with an on-site assistant using a reflector for optimal lighting. 🎓 Additional Graduate : $50 each 🖼 Enhanced Editing All selected photos include enhanced editing. This includes color correction, skin softening, blemish removal, facial shaping such as jawline or double chin adjustment, and overall tone adjustment. Unedited RAW files are not included but may be purchased separately. 💗 Good to Know Our prices are designed to cover multiple services, including studio space rental, backdrop supplies, wardrobe, accessories, photographer, and editors. A 10% to 20% tip would be appreciated but is not mandatory.
Policy
1. Deposit & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your final payment. • 72+ hrs: One free reschedule; additional changes $30. Cancellation converts deposit to store credit. • 48–72 hrs: Reschedule for $30; cancellation forfeits deposit. • Within 48 hrs: No cancellation/rescheduling; deposit is forfeited. 2. Late Arrival Arrivals over 30 minutes late may be canceled and require a new deposit. If we can still accommodate your session, waiting fees apply: $100/hr for full photoshoots; $50/hr for other services. Please contact us immediately if you are running late. 3. Image Selection In-studio selection includes 20 minutes; additional time may incur a fee. Online selections must be completed within 48 hours or retouching may be forfeited and images deleted. For same-day editing, selections cannot be changed once editing begins without an additional fee. 4. Retouching Selected images include our standard portfolio-style retouching. Extensive, repeated, or highly specific image-by-image revisions are not included and may require an additional retouching fee. 5. Studio Style & Custom Requests Makeup, styling, posing, lighting, and editing follow the sample work shown in our portfolio. Any changes are considered custom requests and must be confirmed in advance. Same-day requests may be declined or subject to additional fees. 6. Session Time Each service has a set duration listed in its booking details. Additional shooting time or extra work may incur fees. 7. Image Rights & Privacy All photos and creative concepts remain the intellectual property of Bloomin Studio. Clients may use final edited images for personal use and self-promotional business use, such as websites, social media, portfolios, and professional profiles. Images may not be sold, licensed, heavily edited, AI-modified, or used for merchandise, packaging, album/book covers, paid ads, or third-party promotions without written permission. Bloomin Studio may use photos for portfolio and promotional purposes. Please notify us before or immediately after your session if you prefer to keep your images private. 8.
