[Elite Session] -Up to 12 people -2-hour in-studio photoshoot -Up to 2 different background colors -1 professional photographer + 1 assistant -Optional outfit changes - 45 enhanced photos - Creative guidance for groups and individuals ✔ Full group photos ✔ More variation in small groupings ✔ Multiple individual portraits per person (up to 2 per person) ✔ Creative and posed compositions Add-ons: Makeup services can be added separately as needed. All selected photos include enhanced editing: color correction, skin softening, blemish removal, facial shaping (like jawline or double chin), and overall tone adjustment.We don’t include unedited originals in all our packages, RAW files can be purchased separately if needed. **Kindly read the service details and booking policy before confirming your appointment. Policy
Bloomin Studio Photograph Service Policy 1. Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited toward your final payment. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling All deposit fees are non-refundable. 72+ hours before appointment: One free reschedule allowed. Additional changes will incur a $30 fee per change. If canceled, deposit will be converted into store credit (points) for future use. 48–72 hours before appointment: Rescheduling allowed with a $30 fee. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of deposit and no credit will be issued. Within 48 hours: No rescheduling or cancellation allowed. Deposit will be forfeited. If your appointment is canceled by Bloomin Studio, all payments including the deposit will be fully refunded within 30 days. 3. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Early arrivals may not be accommodated, as the studio may be closed or preparing for another session. If you're more than 30 minutes late, your session will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. 4. Image Selection & Delivery Clients must complete photo selection within 14 days of the shoot. After this period, unselected images may be deleted without notice. You may choose one of the following selection methods: -In-Studio Selection (Included) A 20-minute consultation session to help you choose your photos with our team’s guidance. If you'd like more time, an additional consultation fee will apply. -Online Gallery Selection (Included) We will provide a watermarked, low-resolution online gallery for at-home selection. Please note:These two options are mutually exclusive — you can only choose one. For sessions that include on-site selection and retouching: Once editing has begun, image selections cannot be changed. Changing your selection will incur an extra retouching fee. 5. Copyright & Image Rights All photographs remain the intellectual property of Bloomin Studio. You may use your purchased images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not alter, reproduce, or distribute images without written permission. 6. Model Release Bloomin Studio retains the right to use your photographs for marketing and promotional purposes. We will always be respectful and may ask your preference via email or check-in form. 7. Optional RAW File Purchase Our packages do not include unedited RAW files. If you'd like to purchase all original unedited images, please consult our pricing guide or contact us.
