Our all-inclusive in-studio maternity photography includes makeup, hair, wardrobe, accessories, styled sets, photography, retouching, and behind-the-scenes moments. Please select Upgrade 2nd Theme to Signature. Upgrade fee is $100. 🎀 All-Inclusive Styling Makeup, hairstyling, wardrobe, accessories, and props are included for all sessions. 👨👩👧 Additional People or Pets Each extra person or pet added to each theme is $50. This includes 3 to 5 additional poses or actions. Additional people or pets must be photographed with the primary client only. Wardrobe & Solo portraits are NOT included for additional people. Additional people can be included depending on the selected theme and space limitations. If you wish to include a partner, child, family member, or pet, please review the theme details before booking. 🎨 Custom Theme Option Prefer a personalized setup instead of our existing themes? We offer fully customized scenes starting at $100, depending on the complexity of the design. Please contact our team for a custom quote. All custom themes are considered Signature Themes. For Elite Sessions, if one theme is custom, the second theme must be selected from Essential Themes. If both themes are Signature or custom, a $100 upgrade fee applies. 🖼 Retouching All selected photos include enhanced editing. This includes color correction, skin softening, blemish removal, facial shaping, and overall tone adjustment. Unedited RAW files are not included. RAW files may be purchased separately if needed. 💗 Good to Know Our prices are designed to cover multiple services, including studio space rental, backdrop supplies, wardrobe, accessories, photographer, and editors. A 10% to 20% tip would be appreciated but is not mandatory.
Policy
1. Deposit & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your final payment. • 72+ hrs: One free reschedule; additional changes $30. Cancellation converts deposit to store credit. • 48–72 hrs: Reschedule for $30; cancellation forfeits deposit. • Within 48 hrs: No cancellation/rescheduling; deposit is forfeited. 2. Late Arrival Arrivals over 30 minutes late may be canceled and require a new deposit. If we can still accommodate your session, waiting fees apply: $100/hr for full photoshoots; $50/hr for other services. Please contact us immediately if you are running late. 3. Image Selection In-studio selection includes 20 minutes; additional time may incur a fee. Online selections must be completed within 48 hours or retouching may be forfeited and images deleted. For same-day editing, selections cannot be changed once editing begins without an additional fee. 4. Retouching Selected images include our standard portfolio-style retouching. Extensive, repeated, or highly specific image-by-image revisions are not included and may require an additional retouching fee. 5. Studio Style & Custom Requests Makeup, styling, posing, lighting, and editing follow the sample work shown in our portfolio. Any changes are considered custom requests and must be confirmed in advance. Same-day requests may be declined or subject to additional fees. 6. Session Time Each service has a set duration listed in its booking details. Additional shooting time or extra work may incur fees. 7. Image Rights & Privacy All photos and creative concepts remain the intellectual property of Bloomin Studio. Clients may use final edited images for personal use and self-promotional business use, such as websites, social media, portfolios, and professional profiles. Images may not be sold, licensed, heavily edited, AI-modified, or used for merchandise, packaging, album/book covers, paid ads, or third-party promotions without written permission. Bloomin Studio may use photos for portfolio and promotional purposes. Please notify us before or immediately after your session if you prefer to keep your images private. 8.
