Service Description
-Maternity Photography Service- Our in-studio maternity photography features thoughtfully designed sets, offering a gentle, elegant, and comfortable experience for expecting mothers. Please log in and check the pricing on the booking calendar. [Classic Session] - 1 theme (Essential Collection or Signature Collection) - 1 outfit - 15 Enhanced photos - 3-4 hours of service time (including makeup and hairstyling) - Behind-the-scenes video footage (DJI + CCD camera) - Assistant provided on-site [Elite Session] - 2 theme (choose either two theme from Essential collection, or one theme from Essential collection and one from Signature collection) - 2 outfits - 25 Enhanced photos - 4-5 hours of service time (including makeup and hairstyling) - Behind-the-scenes video footage (DJI + CCD camera) - Assistant provided on-site - If you’d like to upgrade to two Signature themes + $100 upgrade fee Makeup, hairstyling, and props are include for all session. *Additional People or Pets Each extra person or pet added to the each theme is $50, which includes 3–5 additional poses or actions. (For example, adding one people to one theme= $50, adding to two themes= $100.) Additional persons or pets must be photographed with the primary client only. No solo portraits included. (NO Wardrobe) Additional people can be included depends on the selected theme and space limitations. If you wish to include a partner or family member, please review the theme details. *Custom Theme Option Prefer a personalized setup instead of our existing themes? We offer fully customized scenes starting at $100, depending on the complexity of the design. Please contact our team for a custom quote. [ All custom themes are considered Signature Themes. ] For Elite Sessions, if one theme is custom (Signature), the second theme must be selected from Essential Themes, or a $100 upgrade fee applies. All selected photos include enhanced editing: color correction, skin softening, blemish removal, facial shaping (like jawline or double chin), and overall tone adjustment. We don’t include unedited originals in all our packages, RAW files can be purchased separately if needed. [ Our prices are designed to cover multiple services, including studio space rental, backdrop supplies, wardrobe, accessories, photographer, and editors. A 15% to 20% tip would be appreciated but not mandatory. ]
Policy
1. Deposit & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your final payment. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling All deposits are non-refundable. • 72+ hours before appointment – One free reschedule allowed. Additional changes incur a $30 fee. If canceled, the deposit will convert to store credit (points). • 48–72 hours before appointment – Rescheduling allowed with a $30 fee. Cancellation results in deposit forfeiture. • Within 48 hours – No rescheduling or cancellation allowed. Deposit will be forfeited. 3. Arrival Time & Late Policy Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your session may be canceled and a new deposit will be required. If you wish to continue the session despite arriving late, a waiting fee may apply: • Full photoshoot sessions: $100/hr and Other services: $50/hr Please notify our staff immediately to confirm whether the session can continue. 4. Image Selection In-studio photo selection includes 20 minutes of consultation. Additional time may incur a fee. If selecting via online gallery, images must be chosen within 14 days. After this period, unselected images will be considered forfeited for retouching and may be deleted. For sessions with same-day selection and editing, once editing begins, selections cannot be changed without an additional retouching fee. 5. Studio Style & Custom Requests Our sessions are designed to recreate the style shown in our portfolio. Makeup, styling, lighting, and editing follow the aesthetic of our sample works. Any changes beyond the original concept are considered custom requests and must be discussed in advance. Requests made on the day of the session may be declined or subject to additional fees. 6. Session Time Limit Each service includes a designated session time, listed in the booking details. Additional shooting time or extra work may incur additional fees. 7. Image Rights & Privacy All photographs remain the intellectual property of Bloomin Studio. Images may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Bloomin Studio may use images for portfolio and promotional purposes. If you prefer your photos to remain private, please notify our team before or immediately after your session. 8. Client Responsibility By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Bloomin Studio policies.
