Service Description
- Studio Scene Rental - Please note that by booking, you’re agreeing to the Studio Rental Agreement. Most Signature Collection scenes are exclusive to Bloomin Studio and not available for external rental. Please send a scene screenshot or inspiration reference for confirmation before booking. Bookings without prior scene confirmation may be adjusted or canceled Minimum booking: 2 hours Small Scene: $188 / hour + $10 Cleaning Fee Large Scene: $258 / hour + $20 Cleaning Fee Deposit: $100 Rental Included: - Up to 3 people included (Included models and photograher.) - Confirmed studio scene - Built-in lighting setup - Basic lighting guidance #Optional Add-Ons# Any additional person is charged at half of the scene’s hourly rate. Additional lighting, props, special effects equipment, available upon request with additional fees. - Prop Add-Ons (Available Only with Studio Rentals) Small Props: Complimentary based on the selected theme. Face Decorations: Includes face gems, temporary tattoos, fake blood, etc. $10 each. Large Props: $20 each. Balloon Accessories: Balloons, ribbons, petals, faux snow, feathers, etc. $20 (Cleaning required; additional cleaning fee applies if not self-cleaned). Wigs and Hairpieces: Wigs, hair buns, or hair extensions $20 each. Special Effects Equipment: Smoke machine, projector, bubble machine, or additional lighting $30 each. **Additional Cleaning Fee**: In the event of any incidents requiring special cleanup (e.g., broken glass, feathers, glitter, confetti, hair, body paint, sand, or other difficult-to-clean materials), a minimum fee of $250 will be charged.
Policy
Bloomin Studio Rental Agreement Payments and Deposits: All studio renters are required to provide a valid credit card at the time of booking for rental charges and incidentals. Any charges due to additional rentals, damages, or missing items will be processed via the booking platform or the client's credit card on file. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. - 72+ hours before appointment: One free reschedule allowed. Additional changes will incur a $30 fee per change. If canceled, deposit will be converted into store credit (points) for future use. - 48–72 hours before appointment: Rescheduling allowed with a $30 fee. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of deposit and no credit will be issued. - Within 48 hours: No rescheduling or cancellation allowed. Deposit will be forfeited. Security Cameras: Security cameras are operating throughout the studio premises. By signing this agreement, you and all team members involved in the shoot acknowledge and consent to this. Background Paper Usage: Seamless paper is charged per foot used on the floor, whether stepped on or not. Renters are not charged for unmarked floor-to-ceiling usage. Any damage to hanging paper will result in charges for the full length from floor to ceiling. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability: Renters are responsible for their own insurance. Bloomin Studio is not liable for any lost, stolen items, injuries, deaths, or financial losses. The renter assumes full responsibility for any damages or legal issues arising from inappropriate behavior, illegal activities, or violations of studio rules by their team or clients. By signing this agreement, you release Bloomin Studio and its affiliates from any claims of liability, present or future. Setup and Breakdown / Start and Finish Times: Rental time begins when the first person enters the studio and ends when the last person exits after all belongings have been removed and checkout is completed with a staff member. Please plan for setup and breakdown time within your booking period. Overage: Overages are rounded up and charged in half-hour increments. For example, if a shoot exceeds the time by 10 minutes, it will be counted as a half-hour overage. Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the premises. Any violation will result in a $1,000 fine,
